FOR THE LOVE
What was involved
Firstly, Red Rocket designed a web page for GWR managers to order products for the Love of Rail initiative. This campaign was simple, ‘For the love of rail – stop and take a moment to say thank you’.
GWR managers flocked to our webpage to order the Love of Rail packs and say thank you to their teams. Each of these packs included branded thank you cards, ticket wallets, pens, Love Hearts and roses chocolates.

Designing the products
The products designed for the Valentines packs needed to be branded according to the GWR guidelines in order to achieve a corporate look. To lighten the feel of the design, the main aspect was a digitally drawn heart, that included five different GWR team members wearing different styles of uniforms. The use of a basic style of artwork and the bright colour palette really portrayed a fun and exciting atmosphere that we are sure was felt by the employees of GWR.
On completion of the ‘For the love of Rail’ designs, our fulfilment team packaged each one into separate packs. These were then sent off to GWR hubs where they were sorted and distributed to addresses, depending on the quantity agreed that was needed by each manager.

Developing the brand
To ensure that all items would be rebranded for the launch day, we worked through a brand implementation plan that was led by the in-house marketing team and London agencies forpeople and Adam & Eve to explore the brand identity. Finally, we developed a design and style that featured on a huge range of deliverables.

Firstly, we developed an inspiring website design that showcased Felix and Bolt. Our brief was simple, to develop a responsive website that encourages sales and easy to maintain. Above all, security was paramount in the development of the site to secure payments. Additional, by using an eCommerce Vendor, Off-site Payment Gateway and SSL Encryption we were able to give our client peace of mind that their data is secure.

For over 10 years Red Rocket has worked with Improve International on a variety of internal and external communications. As you can see, this includes working across both digital and print-based design to support their in-house communications team.
Due to the nature of their work, Improve is a B2B company who might request eye-catching exhibition graphics to help them stand out at a trade show or need creative direct marketing sent to prospective clients.

First of all, we were guided by research on the target audience. This helped us to make informed decisions when it came to identifying the best marketing strategy to promote their courses. We also reviewed figures on the completion of the advertising campaigns by reviewing the reach and engagement figures. This helped us and Improve International to understand the success of the project.

As a matter of fact through the use of photography, bright colours and concise messaging we were able to communicate key information through a range of media. Finally, we were able to create a visceral experience that the audience could engage with.
In conclusion, our collaborative mindset enabled us to create an engaging environment for all delegates. The result was a fresh and intuitive email campaign, optimized for engagement. In addition to this, Red Rocket continues to work alongside Improve International to create striking plublications, films and manage their Digital Marketing. However, most importantly we delivered a visceral experience for all to enjoy.

Developing the brand
Firstly, Well Prepared Training reached out to Red Rocket. They wanted to stand out from their competitors with a stylish brand, creative website and stunning print collateral.
With this in mind, Red Rocket began to reimagine the design and shortly after launched their first major website. it had to be eye-catching, memorable and inspire learning in a clear and concise manor.
Behind the scenes
As part of our consultation process, we looked at the branding and offered graphic design and print solutions. In the first instance, we looked at the company infrastructure and advised a range of cost-effective solutions to streamline. In particular, we looked at document sharing, emails and automation. By streamlining the website and moving services onto G-Suite the WPT Team are now reaping the benefits.
Building a brand
Finally, by using original photography, bright colours and a concise message we were able to show the key elements that represent the WPT Brand. The updated brand was used across all platforms to give a polished look and feel. Additionally, by opting for a soft launch across the printed collateral and website they were able to monitor site traffic, event uptake and to refine their marketing strategy.
In conclusion, the Well Prepared Training website has improved engagement, conversions and our client they couldn’t be happier. Red Rocket is looking forward to phase 2 of the project.

Great Western Adventure
Firstly, the Great Western Railway is a British train operating company owned by FirstGroup that operates the Greater Western railway franchise. It manages 197 stations and its trains call at over 270. Red Rocket worked alongside GWR to create adventure packs that included fun puzzles and activities.
For the time being, GWR stores these packs and sent them out as gifts. So, how can I get one? For the most part, if you have raised awareness for GWR on social media, won a competition, or just been great customers you’re in for a chance!
What was included
The GWR Adventure Packs consists of 6 key elements. Firstly, an activity sheet teaching how to be safe on the railway as well as an image to colour in, a word search, and a quiz. Also, it included GWR branded stationery, a torch, a sticker pack, and a pop-out 3D cardboard train.
Designing the products
To make travelling with GWR feel like an amazing adventure the Adventure Packs were created with a cartoon style to appeal to children travelling on the network. As a result, we made the elements in the pack engaging and fun. As a matter of fact, we’re sure that not just the children, but the parents appreciated the time that these packs would keep young GWR passengers engaged.

In conclusion, Red Rocket took the brief of engaging young passengers and we were able to put together a pack that, ‘thought outside of the box’ as regards to how this could be done. As a team, we were pleased with how the ideas, designing, producing and assembling of these adventure packs came together, and we are sure they are being enjoyed across the Great Western Railway.
