To drive this vision forward, SureFoot needed to transform its digital engagement into actionable results. Through market-led insights, animation and film we were able to reach a wider audience. As a result of our successful campaign, SureFoot approached us to deliver their “COVID Secure Accreditation“.

Red Rocket knew it was imperative to reach core customers with an online and offline experience. However, due to COVID-19, Furlough and Restaurants being hit the hardest we needed a communication solution.

In order to communicate effectively, we personalise their digital marketing experiences. Because of this tailored approach, SureFoot was able to offer a crucial lifeline to restaurants hit hard during this crisis.

As a matter of fact, the new website featured an all-new user interface, Payment Gateway and showcases the SureFoot Portal. In the first instance, our vision was to optimise the user experience, encourage conversions and engage seamlessly across all platforms and devices.

Phase 2 Expansion


It’s safe to say that Covid-19 has affected businesses across the globe. Because of this, SureFoot Solutions have created a unique accreditation for its customers. The “COVID Secure” accreditation enables businesses to re-open after lockdown with ease. 

To begin phase 2, Red Rocket integrated WooCommerce into their Wordpress website to promote the sales of their flagship courses. In addition to the integration of WooCommerce, we leveraged Google Analytics to collect custom audience data, identify purchases, engagement, and loyalty program data. 

In conclusion, this project had a great ROI for the SureFoot team. As a matter of fact, the COVID Secure Accreditation was so successful we are creating accompany marketing material to support their requirements.
