Understanding the Vision
For the past five years, Red Rocket has had the privilege of working with South Western Railway (SWR) to bring their annual Excellence Awards to life. The Excellence Awards is a highly anticipated event where SWR recognises and celebrates the outstanding efforts of their employees who go above and beyond in their roles. From the frontline workers to those behind the scenes, the awards serve as an opportunity to shine a light on the contributions of SWR’s exceptional staff.
This annual event transforms into a night of elegance and celebration at the Harbour Hotel in Southampton, where finalists and special guests are treated to a delicious dining experience, enveloped in the glitz and glamour of a red-carpet affair.
The hotel is beautifully set on a small, private marina with a ‘super yacht’ design. It has a stunning rooftop bar which is the perfect spot for before dinner drinks – a great way to get everyone excited for the evening ahead.
At the end of the evening, staff are invited to the after-party, where they are entertained and can mingle and celebrate their accomplishments. It is an opportunity for them to enjoy themselves and show appreciation for their colleagues who have achieved great things.
